Day 1. Meeting at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. After a brief rest, you will start sightseeing tour of Tbilisi.  Beautiful, ancient, historical & cultural administrative capital of Georgia built by King Vakhtang Gorgasali in the 5th century.

 In the evening you will have traditional Georgian dinner in luxurious restaurant with live performance of folk music and of course dancing.

 Overnight in Tbilisi.

 

Day 2. Breakfast at the hotel. 

 Tour to Kakheti. Kakheti is considered to be the birthplace of wine culture and wine making. The wine represents symbol of the hospitality, friendship and tolerance for the Georgian people. Also Kakheti is one of the most beautiful regions in Georgia.

 You will visit: The Monastery of St. Nino in Bodbe, Sighnagi- city of love, Tsinandali and wine factory – Khareba.  You will fall in love and feel loved in Signagi. In Khareba winery  you will have an opportunity to taste Georgian wines and to try yourself in making churchkhela and Georgian bread.

 Overnight in Tbilisi.

 

Day 3. Breakfast at the hotel.

Tour to Kazbegi.  During this tour we will have an exciting drive, heading north along the Georgian Military Highway into the high Caucasus Mountains. This is the main road running for 220 km from Tbilisi to Vladikavkaz in Russia, a spectacular highway that winds its way through sheer mountains. So named by Tsar Alexander I, this Route actually dates from before the 1st century BC and is still important as one of the only links to Russia through Caucasus Mountains. En route we will visit the Ananuri architectural complex (17th century), the two churches and the fortress overlooking the Zhinvali water reservoir. The main church, built in 17th century is considered to be a masterpiece of carving. Also you will visit ski resort – Gudauri.

Day 4. Breakfast at the hotel.

Tour to Mtskheta and Kutaisi. Mtskheta was the capital of the eastern kingdom of Georgia – Iberia from the third century BC to the 5th century AD. Today the city and its architectural monuments are included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Lunch in the local restaurant in Mtskheta overlooking the ancient town (dishes from Georgian cuisine).

Visiting Bagrati Temple (11-th century) and Gelati Monastery (12-th century) in Kutaisi.

Overnight in Kutaisi.

 

Day 5. Breakfats at the hotel.

Tour to Racha. Racha is a special place, high in the mountains and almost completely unspoiled

The road passes through beautiful Landscapes of Racha Province and first stop at Shaori Lake. Enjoy a walk around a lakeside area and head to Nikortsminda Cathedral. It is a Georgian Orthodox Church built in 1010-1014 during the reign of Bagrat III of Georgia. Frescoes inside the Cathedral date from the 17th century.

Barakoni Church of the Mother of God is located near the town of Ambrolauri, in the Tsesi village, in mountainous Racha region. Barakoni is one of the last important monuments in the tradition of medieval Georgian architecture. Barakoni was built in 1753, by the order of local lord the Ruler of Racha Principality – Rostom. Located on a top of a steep cliff, it overlooks Rioni River which joins the Lukhuni River just below the mountain.

Also you will visit old Georgian house, where you will have traditional dinner with beautiful view from terrace.

Day 6. Breakfast at the hotel.

Day in Racha. Visiting Bugeuli winery. You will taste famous Georgian wine – Khvanchkara. Transfer to Kutaisi.

Overnight in Kutaisi.

 

Day 7. Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer to Airport.
